Peace and stillness of your mind is deeply, unavoidably linked to exercise. Peace, happiness and stillness of your mind is something we all seek and hope to achieve, and keep on achieving.
Exercise is my own flushing out of toxins that threaten to overwhelm me at times, we all get a lot thrown at us each day, that’s why tried and tested strategies are so vital for us.
I deal with a lot of people every day, an incredible amount every week and this is why my message has to be consistent and it has to be simple at it’s core, because i know over a long period of time, it’s been proven to work.
I have become very much focused on what’s important in my week, and taking everything else out that’s a distraction.
Distractions are our enemy if we want to achieve things consistently.
Things will either take you away from what you want or move you towards what you want with positive momentum.
Whatever keeps you peace, happiness and stillness of your mind has to become part of your life on a daily basis.
Compare yourself when you exercise regularly and when you don’t?

Compare yourself when you hang out with positive people all the time or when you are stuck with negative influences that grind you down?
Your peace, happiness, mood, deep down joy and stillness of your mind is shaped by your daily habits and all of those listed are mostly controlled by YOU.
Choose wisely and get your kit ready for tomorrow’s workout, a key part of how you will feel at the end of your day. Get your physical side right, and this will automatically spark your brain into a far more positive and productive place.
