Sunday, 26th April

You do have enough time, you aren’t too old, you haven’t got too much in your body, the pain is there because you DON’T move enough, that weight you put on is hurting your joints and the lack of exercise, you can absolutely do something about it.

I know some people may question why you exercise directly and verbally at time to you, but their questioning comes from the fact that they don’t want to exercise, they think their best days “are behind them” at 40 even, they haven’t got the guts and determination you have, you don’t want to feel washed up like they feel, they pretend their “story” doesn’t allow them to be active and reap the rewards that brings.

You want to live a life of purpose, not one of misery and living in a sense of hopelessness.

Don’t be the one who quits quits on yourself because all it takes is one good session to remind yourself how good it feels again, one good session to get your purpose back, one good session to get some self-belief and self-esteem heading strongly in the right direction once again.

I had some lovely stories off some of you the weekend again, who started to believe some of those stories, and then TURNED it around by dong our video workouts again and discovering that you DID have the ability, the pain in your body was great but was workable and you felt elated after your workout again.

We are all about our stories, all about our human trials and tribulations and rising against all the stuff that threatens to dampen our enthusiasm, our hope and our great opportunities coming to us in the future.

We need to SHARPEN our bodies and minds every day through exercising and creating spark every day to constantly re-awaken the fire in our bellies.

Stay positive, smash negativity in the balls and promise yourself that tomorrow will signal the start of a great week that can only be kick-started by your ACTIONS,

Thursday, April 23rd

The longer you sit on your great idea or hope in your life, you are either creating or disintegrating depending if you take acton or not.

Hopefully, you can see you’re either improving or you are falling back.

I get scared too at times, but now I know it’s a SIGNAL to run at my fears, what scares me at that exact moment I know is my path to feeling fulfilled, and it usually comes to me right at the bottom of the hill when my doubt is at its highest, and my mood is at its lowest.

The challenge I’m putting off is the obstacle I need to take on. The harder the obstacle the more the reward I have learned. I know that is a sign now to go on a charge and nothing’s going to stop me, as long as I don’t quit and keep going.

Only ask people who’ve got your back whether you should keep going, anyone else’s opinion is not worth a damn.

I see all of you in all of you different states, some of you stay in disguise putting a brave face on things, some of you admit when you are struggling, but one things for sure we will all get tough times and good times, hard times and times when the wind is at our back.

When I message you and ask you how you’re doing and how’s your workouts, I know what frame of mind you are in.

If you don’t answer me, I know you’re not in the right frame of mind, you have no momentum and you really have nothing to report, no progress, nothing you can be proud of in workout terms.

Life may have got in the way, but you know deep down you could have done better.

When you do answer, I know you are on the up, you are smashing your workouts and you’ve had a good week, everything in life looks and feels better and your mind is in an elevated state.

Debating whether you should get out of bed earlier to do a workout is place you have to leave, get out of your indecision and make sure the dice is rolled in your favour in life by smashing a workout, and reaping the rewards from it physically and mentally all day long setting yourself up much stronger to achieve much more in life.

Whatever hopes and great ideas you have right now, you need an elevated mind to achieve them. Set yourself up right every day first thing by moving your body with purpose, and getting done what you KNOW you need to get done.
