The science exists to get you out of pain, rather than take a worrying amount of tablets to shield what you deep down know what needs to be fixed.

Our foam rollers are already making a huge difference in todays sessions, I’ve heard plenty of funny and painful cries tonight but we identified the pain for you, and explained the process of how we can and WILL get it out.

Most if not all of you have got a little or significant pain in your hips and knees, and if you have pain in these than you’re guaranteed to have pain in your back too, after all 90% of people do in a serious way during their working career (NHS figures not mine), back pain is top of the list.

I urge you to show up and go through this process with us. Why live a life of pain when you can slowly but surely get out of it. I have seen too many heartbreaking stories of too many people living in pain and let it rule and ruin their lives.

When pain rules your life, your mental health takes a huge battering too, and living with low self-esteem and confidence becomes a daily way of life.

The two guaranteed ways to get MORE pain in your lives is not to exercise or MISS lots of sessions. If you are missing sessions regularly then you are not training properly, so don’t kid yourself that you are.

I have extraordinarily high hopes of all of you to do incredibly good things and I will back you all the way to prove me right. 

We have had plenty of against the odds stories at the gym and we THRIVE on proving that you can indeed be out of pain AND perform at a higher level than you ever thought, and get your mental health back to a place where you feel excited about getting up in the morning again, and YES DEFINITELY without any pain.

Pain is there to be crushed, show up and learn about the science on how we do it. Whoever wants to show up every day, throw yourself into it and change your life.

August 17th-Making it happen

I see members who haven’t been since lockdown doing incredible things, and making hugely significant jumps in their fitness, today was yet another magical day.

I see some of you who can’t do a sit up, and can now do 35 in a matter of a few weeks.

I see some of you who could do 20, now doing 70-100 at a time ,literally no exaggeration.

I see some of you who were full of worry and anxiety first session, now smashing prowlers and dragging the heavy sled up the hill, and REQUESTING to do it, you are surprising me every day and I LOVE it.

I believe we are in our greatest period, a golden area of results and wellbeing.

Loads of you are still doing our online workouts, and trying nicola’s yoga and finding you can actually do it at your own pace, there is no pressure on you, and mentally you are benefitting immensely from the huge variety of workouts.

The focus from you has never been higher, you come to work, you knew what lockdown was like, and you never want to feel like that ever again.

Never again will you be too scared to exercise, too scared to keep having a go every day and never again will you be bullied by anyone who questions why you exercise so much in the first place.

Lots of you are bang in the game, you refuse to it on the sidelines in life and I am mighty proud of all of you. Monday is almost done, and I can’t already wait to see what greatness tomorrow brings!!
