A “good, better, best” attitude to you health and wellbeing is available to all of us.

If you show up and exercise regular with us, that could be classed as a good approach and you take your health seriously.

Add on top of that a commitment to eating well and healthy, and you easily fit into to the better category, and you are likely doing very god indeed with your health.

Avoiding the cue’s that can destroy your mental health, and making sure you are regularly in a sportive, uplifting environment will give you the stability you need and put your in a best possible scenario.

When you train hard, eat well, but every day you are exposed to negative people constantly having a go at you, undermining your confidence in your ability, you are likely to come off the tracks quickly and stress eat, and then having a “what’s the point” attitude to exercising regularly.

Your health is important in all areas, and making the right choices every day can shape your future in a much better and positive way. Also, getting rid of the most negative influences in your life becomes all the more vital.

Comparing yourself to others doesn’t work.

Don’t worry about what others think, don’t let others’ opinions drag you down or define you, if you are putting the work in constantly, then good things will keep happening for you as long as you stay in the game.

Nothing was ever achieved worrying about anyone else and if you may “offend “them by having a go somehow, you will never reach great heights listening to the naysayers urging you to not even try (because they have not got the guts to even try themselves, and if you think that self-improvement will happen by avoiding the hard work and going for a takeaway instead just because your friends always do it (just to feel better), then you had better pull yourself out of that self-delusion.

You need to be your OWN person, focus on putting that work in every day and setting high standards for your life in every possible way.
