Is it a bind to try and stay active and stay on top of things when everything else seems to running out of control?
First of all, if you see it as a non-stop challenge that’s tough to keep up, you are looking at it perhaps in the wrong way.
We are very proud obviously of our record of physical transformations, but that you DO NOT see is the improvements of the MIND and WELLBEING that goes on each and every day with us.
Most people tell me quietly about how their regular visit to the gym is THEIR time, the time to recharge mentally as well as physically. “Cleaning house” in your mind is just as important as keeping your mind fit and active.
To relieve stress and to be in a peaceful, positive and supportive environment is a complete contrast to everyday life these days, and we realise the value of this.
Mental health is a subject nobody wants to talk about it, or somehow a taboo but affects a great deal of people, and certainly a high percentage of people i have met and trained over the years, and exercise can be a life-changing way of dealing with the non-stop pressures of life.
So seeing exercise as a non-stop “treadmill” that is hard to stay on is the wrong approach. See exercise as something you GET TO do, rather than something you have to do. You have great opportunities every day.
See exercise as the ultimate stress reliever, the ultimate arena to stay calm and throw all those daily negatives out of your mind as soon as they threaten to come in and stay.
Inner peace, the power to relax, the ability to control the stress coming your way is something we all want to achieve every day, and it all starts with exercise and the environment you choose.
Saturday, 10th December
We want to help anyone that has been written off, through injury, through lack of self-confidence or just doesn’t believe they can be great again.
We want to prove that we can get life-changing results each and every day.
We want to prove that exercise is the best medicine for physical and mental health.
We want us and our members to get to 90 years of age and have no regrets.
We want to stay committed life-long learners and pass that knowledge onto you all each and every day.
Caring about our members is even more important than training them.
We want to make a massively positive impact on our members lives and over-deliver every session.
We want everyone we train to say in 40 years time thanks for showing us the right way to do it.
Our greatest achievement will be to keep our members active for a lifetime.
We want to get up everyday early feeling excited we can change lives.
Show our appreciation and gratitude we have for everyone every day.

Seeing it through and keeping our philosophy intact should always be seen as one of our strengths.
Seeing it through means we are developing stronger minds, not wilting under pressure to take the easy way out or quit, we become stronger every time we beat that feeling to take the easy way out.
We do have a remarkable amount of individuals who are changing quickly. The foundation of how they do it is very strong too.
Eating real food is sustainable, and getting educated how to eat properly and why we do it is vital. This means your results are always going to last, and you will develop an ever-increasing amount of energy.
Your training is sustainable too. You are encouraged to get stronger, to recover quicker in between each exercise, you are encouraged to become a better runner, cyclist, weight trainer, and become an “athlete” in all true meanings of the word.
You shouldn’t accept the fact that you may have bad balance, through our training you have every opportunity to get much better balance, to strengthen your core and become ready for anything that life has to throw at you.
Real fitness doesn’t mean relying on machines.
Real fitness means learning much more natural movements, getting your body to move in the way it was supposed to, become much more flexible and really sharpening up your reaction times.
Keep training the right way, don’t fall for yet another faddy diet, and really see this through because you know if you give it enough time, it’s going to work big time for you!!!

We all love our comfort zones.
We all have our favourite clothes, our favourite friends, our favourite foods etc.
We make our favourite dishes because we know the hands that made it, how it was prepared and we knew it was a safe dish.
We wear the same clothes because they are comfortable and familiar. They may not be in fashion any more but for some reason they feel good on.
Our friends make us feel safe and secure, and we are content to stick with them, shying away from the risks required to form new friendships.
But the facts are that most of what we want and look for that is meaningful and significant is just beyond the edge of our comfort zone. If we never push ourselves further than we think we can go, we will never get out of our comfort zone, and achieve what we really think is possible.
You have to jump “all in” to your health and fitness programme. You can’t go half-hearted with your exercises programme, training 4 times one week and once the next for example, you need to be giving it everything you have, this is when great success happens.
You can’t eat good food now and again and expect to be in shape and have an abundance of energy. Going “all in” with your nutritional programme means getting amazing results, but you have to leave your comfort zone each day until you get used to what it feels like to “eat clean”.
It’s vital we all reach, stretch and expand from where we are now, if we want to keep on achieving more we need to get off the sidelines and start playing the game. Immersing ourselves in action is the one thing we can do immediately!
