lost your mojo?

“Lost your mojo”? A POWERFUL way to get it back!!!

Get yourself a photo of a family member/role model who inspired you as I know many of you had great upbringings, some of you have had tough upbringings, whoever that person who inspired you most growing up get it out now.

Now ask yourself a question, would that person be proud of where you are now?

Are you still giving it your best in life or are you stuck in a rut that you feel you can’t get out of?

Are you thriving because you have good/great health or have you given up on yourself pretending that eating rubbish every day and not exercising, and scrolling social media pretending to life a happy fulfilled life is somehow “ real and good for you” and solves the pain you are in? Both in body and mind?

Harsh to say but often the people inspired us the most are maybe no longer with us, but what would they say if they magically appeared again and asked you why you aren’t taking the opportunities clearly open to you? They tell yourself to dust yourself and get your behind off that settee and back in the gym, stop eating that food that is DESTROYING you and letting you dig your own grave bit by bit.

Food is very powerful medicine, the pharmaceutical stuff just hides pain for a while.

Exercise is amazing medicine, bringing life to those who long thought their days were numbered, and once your joints get lubricated again, you wonder why you didn’t start earlier as you be doing things you haven’t for years.

Here’s my photo to get it going, isn’t it time to finally stop living life in fear and show the courage to take action needed every day?

Tuesday 30th May

There’s a big conflict between our thoughts and aspirations sometimes.

Most of us want to have a great time, have a treat occasionally and drink and eat whatever we like.

THEN, most of us want to do well in life, whether its in our business, job, career, personal life etc.

If we apply the “I’m going to eat and drink whatever I want most of the time” approach, to doing as well as we can in business, our job and personal life, then it doesn’t really go as our health will likely be rock bottom just when we need it most.

Most of us have one chance to get a business right, and then keep improving endlessly (because it’s going to take a lot of energy and drive), we ned great sustained energy to do well in the ups and downs of our career, and we don’t want to blow too many chances in our personal lives, as the person who is with us doesn’t want to see us eating and drinking too much all the time, whether they tell you or not, it can be ENORMOUSLY stressful for them too.

Nobody wants to keep picking top the pieces for the poor choices we continue to make, when opportunities abound to go the other and the right way.

There comes a point where we must take responsibility and give it our best shot, and STILL have fun but the balance must be right.

In life, we have many chances and opportunities, but can can’t burn out TOO MANY MATCHES with our lifestyle then regretting what “might have been” if we had seen the light.

The excuses eventually run out, as well as the sympathy. Get your health right by your workouts and eating well, which helps get your mind right, and eventually gets the balance right in your life to perform and BE HAPPY in all areas-health is wealth, and you can’t do anything without it.
