Jan 1st 2024

Happy New Year everyone and just to confirm we are open from tomorrow 830am. There will be some more big changes this year too.

Many of you messaged me over Christmas when you saw the gym door open and activity outside. This was due to me pushing through young very talented athletes who play high level sport through their paces, and taking them to a higher level again.

I didn’t advertise this (we never advertise anyway) as we were officially closed and they were very small groups and high quality sessions, and most of you know I do private training at the gym and away from the gym anyway and I couldn’t leave these athletes down.

I am bringing these type of sessions to the gym on Tuesday 530pm, Wednesday 530pm, Thursday 530pm and Friday at 430pm every week in 2024. If you want to participate in these Athlete Training Camps, please message me because they will be highly beneficial and rewarding.

I consider you ALL athletes anyway so you are ALL welcome, and all the sessions will be sport specific but will benefit ALL of you if you want to get better with your strength, power, speed, agility and balance.

Morning classes will continue at 9am and 1025am every day, plus whatever time you come in, we will continue to work very well and very hard together.

On top of all that, I have FOUR new programmes operating the same time at the gym, and I will be starting them TOMORROW our first day back so there will be a LOT of teaching. There’s a lot of new stuff you haven’t done before, it’s about using the latest science of training and making 2024 your best year ever.

We also had massive support for our online training last year, this will resume TOMORROW and this week will offer a lot of new stuff in those new workouts too.

So as long as you bring in a great attitude and a willingness to learn new things, this year is very likely to get off to a GREAT START for you!!!

Dec 22nd 2023

Suddenly it’s the last day day at the gym before Christmas, and after 7pm tonight, we will be having a rest until Tuesday 2nd January.

We’d like to thank you all for supporting us so well all year long and this is always very much appreciated, and we are always thrilled to see so many of you training so hard at the gym, continuing to change your life for the better, getting your body and mind right and doing so incredibly well.

The support online has grown substantially again this year too which we are very thankful for and makes all those very early mornings very much worth it. There are almost 2000 workouts for you to choose from online available anytime during the Christmas break.

Thanks to Gail for doing such a great job in her classes, and Nikki for keeping the gym looking so good with her very much appreciated artistry and surgical cleanliness.

We hope you have a healthy and happy Christmas and New Year and we are forever grateful for your efforts and continued loyalty, and we wish you continued success and happiness going into 2024.

With great gratitude,

Keri, Nicola and family.

21st December 2023

We all have a certain moment when we realise we have lost some athleticism in life as we age and that can cover a huge range of things.

Then TWO things can happen.

We either “accept” our “best days” are behind us.

OR

THE FIGHTBACK is about to start.

We ALL have had many such moments, and the company we keep can dictate heavily our thoughts.

We can gravitate towards those who have given up to moaning how life used to be, or we can roll up our sleeves, accept we have a lot of work to do, and get down the gym and literally change our present, our futures and ultimately our destiny.

When we start our fightback, it’s important to realise we must RE-LEARN how our body is meant to move.

We must RE-TEACH ourselves how to cook whole foods in their natural state and ditch all the ultra processed foods that are literally making us sick over time.

When anyone comes into gym for the first time, I see them on a fightback mission.

They could be a young sportsperson looking to get faster, stronger and more athletic in their chosen sport, but just as importantly they could be an 80 year old looking to regain balance, mobility, lessen the pain in their bodies and actually feel good about themselves maybe for the first time in years.

Pills ultimately will never give you self-confidence, self-esteem, mobility, strength, endurance, good lung capacity, balance or any kind of athleticism that really means something to you, but hard work, consistency and learning how to train right can literally change your life with zero side effects the pills are often associated with.

You must decide which stage you are in, somehow “accepting” your best days are over, or getting ready to get yourself off the floor one more time for the biggest fightback of your life.
