Love this and i practice the way of thinking, it has served me VERY WELL indeed and continues to do so.
What I feed into my mind is down to ME, I am in control of it and I need to take responsibility for it. I need positive stuff fed into my mind all the time to fight any negatives that we ALL face.
I listen to positive books non-stop through my headphones, I never listen to the radio in the car (it doesn’t even work any more) or I will struggle to get my day going or achieve the stuff I want to get done.
So by the time I meet people who are negative, who doubt me, or are intent on working against me, it doesn’t sit well in my system AT ALL, and I can totally NOT process it.
I compare it to eat healthy all week and then eating a dodgy takeaway, I need to get all of that negativity OUT OF ME, and learn my lesson and not put that rubbish into my body again because of the gut-wrenching effect
It will make me feel like rubbish, it will crush my optimism and I will feel back to square one unable to get any traction in life.
Cut to the chase, take charge of what comes into your mind and how you handle it, absolutely chuck out negative and hurtful people OUT of your life, and you can go on and achieve incredible things with your life that you once may have thought impossible.
Down to you, start tomorrow by getting up early and go and win your day. It will become your greatest habit change that transforms your life.
