Friday, 29th December

Hope you are all enjoying a great break this Christmas, and are using the time to recharge, spend time with people who matter, and are ready next Tuesday to come back and hit it hard again, and rejuvenate your body through exercise, eating well and adding to the power of your mind.

Rest is vital both physically and mentally to re-assess where we are, what we actually want from our lives and how we are going to do it. Time off (from social media too) has helped me enormously in this process again this year, and planning for the new year at the gym has never been better and more resourceful.

I have a clear vision for my year, how we will serve you even better and help you raise your own expectations for the year to come and help you reach what you are really capable of.

More emphasis next year again will put on getting our minds right, how exercise and eating right helps enormously in this and how we all need to avoid distraction more to help us get meaningful things done in our lives.

A brand new programme awaits Tuesday, will take you to new limits and will be a perfect yet very challenging start to your new year. It will set the tone for the year ahead.

Appreciate what’s important, be kind to as many people as you can, appreciate the peace around you, and we wish you all a sincerely productive and rewarding 2018.

Thursday, 21st December

Remember the formula that has taken you such a long way in the past.

If you once felt weak, then exercise made you stronger, and if practiced regularly, made you feel so much better and ready to take on the world.

If you felt low on energy, then eating more natural, healthier food made you feel better and together with exercise, became a powerful combination for your everyday life. You started performing impressively in everything you did.

Remember the time you were heavily influenced by those who didn’t have your best interests at heart? And how great you felt once you let those people go. You started making better decisions, didn’t worry what anyone thought anymore and life was better.

It’s easy to lose track of this formula and not practice every day what you know makes such a big difference to you. To slip back into bad habits and before you know it, you end up back to square one feeling not so good again.

You would like to feel great again, but you keep putting off that first step again. It’s an old cliche but that first step back is always the hardest one.

We all now what we need to do, but there’s heck of a difference knowing what to do and actually DOING it.

Push yourself to get your trainers on again, start with a light walk, and immediately start the process of feeling like your old self gain.
