DO MORE.

Sounds obvious, but this is the secret to getting much more done in your life.

We all have 168 hours in the week, it’s how we use them that makes the critical difference.

Can’t fit things in? Not enough time? Other things in life take over?

Many, many years ago, I started to get up early to train people at often 4am. To be honest, it was really tough at first, I struggled but the end result blew me away.

I started to move really early, but soon after I started to feel better. Then my thinking started to be crystal clear and my ambitions rose on what was possible not only in that day, but in life too.

It was like having 3 hours a day EXTRA that was free of distraction to not only do the things that needed doing, but to do a whole lot more.

5AM could be your new time in life that sets you up for an amazing day. I didn’t used to be a “morning person” either!!!

What would 3 hours more in your day look like? If you have children, then they won’t be up for a couple of hours, so you have clear uninterrupted time, in fact you have around an extra 20 hours a week to get a monumental amount of valuable things done.

I know that extra 3 hours a day in business is invaluable to me. Write down how much it would enable you to do, PLUS the rewards that would give you, emotionally, financially and the stress it would save you later in the day when it’s often impossible to get done.

It’s time for you to RAISE the bar, expect more out of yourself than anyone else could.

The one thing that’s certain in life is change. It’s going to happen so why not try to keep up with it? Keep up by planning more, keep up by working harder and setting stronger foundations for your future.

If you’re still wondering where this extra 20 hours a week is coming from, then you have to make sacrifices and get to bed earlier especially in the week. You’re not missing much in the week apart from maybe reality TV, and that would surely be a blessing missing that!

We all make choices, this is one of the most powerful ones you can make to “invent” more time that becomes ultra-productive and sets your days up to be transformational for your life.

Sunday, 18th February

Half-term next week, and all of your schedules will likely be all over the place.

The gym will go on as normal, and you are encouraged to bring your children if it means you would miss training otherwise.

Here’s a way to thinking about your training. You want to give your children all the opportunities you can, but YOU must be fit and healthy too and take the opportunities you have.

If you are fitter and healthier, then your children get great opportunities too because you are fit enough to keep up with them and their demanding schedules.

If you feel better, then your kids will sense that and they will be happier too, and be proud and inspired by your efforts.

You can’t expect great things out of them if you don’t set a great example in the first place. There is NO limit on what you can accomplish but you must take action in the first place to get great things done.

See the coming week as a great opportunity for yourself and your family to go even further along the road to achieving great things.
