Closing the gap on anyone who is faster than you, stronger than you, more energetic than you is EASY, because you will outwork them if you train with us, and that gap will close quicker than you ever thought, because nobody will be working as hard and as smart as you are.

That statement is impressive, but you have to keep YOUR end of the bargain. 

You have to keep showing up with enthusiasm, you can’t lose sight of WHY you are showing up in the first place too, and you can’t let the people who don’t share your goals and ambitions INFLUENCE you to stop showing up, and then lead  you on THEIR path which will take you NOWHERE near where you ned to go, which requires zero guts, determination or courage.

Moving forward and progressing constantly does take courage and it does mean choosing another path, but ultimately the pride and satisfaction you will get from living like a champion with easily outweigh the pain of regret of not sticking with the great things you could have really achieved in your life.

Without exception, we have indisputable evidence that all of you who have been tested can jump much higher than when you were first tested (and we are continuing to test everyone as we speak), and here’s why it’s important.

As we age, when we walk we naturally lift our knees a little lower, and without exercising and targeting that, our feet will tend to drag. When the dragging happens, it’s then we are far more likely to fall and trip over things previously we never would have in daily life.

All of you going through our programmes will notice we have a recurring theme of lifting our knees in many of the exercises and often dynamically, which over time gives you much more strength in your legs as a whole, and reverses the whole aging process that most people fall victim to.The good news is that the hard work DOES pay off and will literally transform the way you move in all areas of your life and lift your quality of life dramatically.

All of your training is aimed at getting you to perform better and based on professional sports training and this is why our standard and level of training is so high. What you put into it you will get back 10 times over, and all of those times up the hill often with weight on your shoulders in the freezing cold and rain would have been well worth it!!!Whether its for playing high level sport right now or thriving in retirement, these programmes will lift your performances every day massively.

March 4th

The difference between starting exercising and someone who has been very consistent at it for years is stark to begin with. And that’s the magic word, consistency, and that relentless effort will lead to a massive acceleration of progress over time.

When you ask someone how did they get so fit, it wasn’t just one workout, it wasn’t just one long walk, it wasn’t just one good week of eating, it wasn’t doing one exercise, it was the weeks, months and years of effort that quietly gets done and ultimately leads to great strength, endurance, power, flexibility, great mobility etc that you can be proud of.

Everyone’s looking for the “secret” but that’s exactly it-CONSISTENCY of effort even when nobody is looking, nobody is seeing you eat consistently well in the kitchen, nobody is seeing you get to bed early so you can recover well, and these habits will contribute to great mental health too.

Commit to changing your lifestyle and give it time, and you will ALWAYS be rewarded for it by having great health.

If anyone wants to start training, they really have to want to do it. BECAUSE, there will be times when it gets tough, there will be a lot of information to take onboard, there will-l be a lot of stuff to learn movement wise, you will have to support all those new movements with a good diet, or how can you hope to perform well and recover if you can’t commit to at least trying to eat better?

Then there’s application, are you prepared to doing the things that sometimes you won’t like doing to make your body stronger?

Our philosophy of “you are only as strong as your weakest link” is always in place.

Any of you who have stepped outside your comfort zone with me will know that it can not only be tiring, but can initially be very uncomfortable doing exercises that you aren’t very good at.

BUT we are ALL not very good at some things, and it’s human nature to want to stick at things that we are good at and very comfortable with, the things we often find easier to do, and things we don’t want to think of too much as we are “used to doing them”.

The mix if doing things we enjoy and like doing has to be tempered by the other stuff that when we are shown why we are doing it, we KNOW it is doing us good, and when this combination comes together, we become a much better athlete overall with far less injuries, a much better overall performance and much better longevity in our training career, which can literally go on til the day we die in our quest to live a long and high quality of life deep into old age.,

It’s starts with the desire to want to be healthier and your gradual success along the way will motivate you to continue and constantly get better, with age no barrier along the way time barriers because we have live new workouts online daily too.

The power of a positive team in your OWN environment cannot be overstated if you want to get the very best for your health.

Many times in the past, I have started training one member of a family, and sometimes the rest of the family isn’t fully onboard with that person’s goals and ambitions and will often not do their best to help.

If you want to eat right in your household, and others are buying in rubbish food in every day or ordering takeaways regularly, then sticking to a healthy diet is going to be a problem.

If you are keen on hitting the gym most days, but there’s someone who you are around a lot who discourages that, saying “what’s the point”, and “you’re wasting your time”, then all that negativity will make you eventually question whether you want to carry on.

Having the people in your household being encouraging, supportive and setting up your home environment for success can make or break your journey to being really fit and healthy.

If you commit as a family to a healthy shop in food terms, then you will be far more likely to succeed. If your family members exercise themselves, they will totally understand how important YOUR workouts are too, because they will know the benefits themselves.

Seeing your home as a positive environment encouraging and supporting great health will lift all of your health levels to the highest possible standard of wellbeing, and making it a TEAM effort will take your results from good to extraordinary.
