The power of a positive team in your OWN environment cannot be overstated if you want to get the very best for your health.

Many times in the past, I have started training one member of a family, and sometimes the rest of the family isn’t fully onboard with that person’s goals and ambitions and will often not do their best to help.

If you want to eat right in your household, and others are buying in rubbish food in every day or ordering takeaways regularly, then sticking to a healthy diet is going to be a problem.

If you are keen on hitting the gym most days, but there’s someone who you are around a lot who discourages that, saying “what’s the point”, and “you’re wasting your time”, then all that negativity will make you eventually question whether you want to carry on.

Having the people in your household being encouraging, supportive and setting up your home environment for success can make or break your journey to being really fit and healthy.

If you commit as a family to a healthy shop in food terms, then you will be far more likely to succeed. If your family members exercise themselves, they will totally understand how important YOUR workouts are too, because they will know the benefits themselves.

Seeing your home as a positive environment encouraging and supporting great health will lift all of your health levels to the highest possible standard of wellbeing, and making it a TEAM effort will take your results from good to extraordinary.
