Why you need to show your enthusiasm.
If you are a mother, father, grandmother, stepfather, loyal friend, making your next big move in the world, have your own business or just about any role in society, you need to step UP your enthusiasm to enable you to lead better.
When you show enthusiasm, people will respond to your energy. You may have guessed by now you are likely to show more enthusiasm when you are fitter and healthier, and energy runs through you all day. These are facts and I see it DAILY from everyone I train.
When you show negativity, guess what’s going to happen? People will naturally back away from you, they won’t see a light in you, they won’t see warmth and they definitely won’t see any leadership they want to follow.
Having a bottle of wine and takeaway sounds great midweek UNTIL the wine wears off and you become irritable and especially when you wake up in the morning, nothing wrong with a drink but it is a depressant after all and once a week on the weekend is fine.
If you don’t eat well, your energy will forever be on the floor after that initial half hour sugar rush from fast food you may pick up first things in the morning, if its in a white paper bag its usually rubbish.
We all want to be super enthusiastic about everything we do because we all want to do well AND SET A GREAT EXAMPLE to everyone we live with, work with or are friendly with, because whether you are aware of it or not, they are looking to you to show leadership and show a positive influence in their lives.
If your diet is all over the place though, you are fighting a losing battle. If you are missing exercise sessions, then this is guaranteed to further deplete your energy and put you in darker moods.
Taking responsibility for our moods is the first step. Eating right, exercising and hanging out with positive people sets great conditions for you to be the most enthusiastic person in every room you are in.
Watch the difference it makes to your life and to those who look to you for guidance in their lives.
