  1. Hi Ke, dont know about getting back on track but my day has gone well enough.

    INDOOR WORKOUT
    Hypers 3×10
    Squats 3×25
    Pressups 3×25
    Dips 3×25
    Alt Squ Thru 3×50
    Sit ups 3×50
    Stepper 3×50
    Jogging on spot 3mins total time 20mins

    10.20 Breakfast same old
    snack, none

    2.30 Dinner, Ham salad with 2 slices of sesame seeded and nut bread

    4-5pm Walked 1hour, 7,0010 steps, 234cals

    Pear

    chicken and veg with fresh fruit salad and Muller lite yogurt (later)
    Hope ur day has been eventful, and that mum and baby are well.

  2. Just does’nt feel like it at the time. Cyril and Debs, hope your day has gone well, it is Wednesday tomorrow already, the days are flying by. Have you noticed that the evenings are getting lighter? So much better, feel there is a light at the end of the dark tunnel. my knee is alot better Debs, managed the Stepper this morning and an hour walk this afternoon with no probs. Take care, Jeanx

  3. Well have managed a 25min run this morning, walked the rest of the way, total 41mins. Wasn’t too bad. Have just had my breakfast and am goin shopping for the baby shower, great to buy little clothes again, and BLUE. Will just do a walk this evening.Jean

    Glad your knee improving Jean. All going well for you. You deserve it cos you are working hard and are focused. I am not working as hard as I should be. Indoor workouts are fine but I haven’t done much outside. So today I am going for nice long walk as well as the “nice” long walk I”ll have around Tescos’.

  6. Had a 45min brisk walk with some jogging thrown in, and it felt great. The wind was a bit cold and I must have looked a sight in my hat and gloves!! It really was good to be out in the fresh air. Activity certainly lifts your mood. Going to do indoor workout before tea.
    Got 3 nights out for birthdays next week, so need to get good days in, just in case of accidental alcohol consumption!!
