Every time you don’t stop, don’t put your training on hold, don’t give up on your dreams, you are achieving important physchological victories, and your mental resilience continues its journey to becoming unbeatable.
Doubt can be horrible, but a vital and very necessary test in life we must face continuously and solve it with real action daily. Growth as a human being is not achieved without it.
