Tues 7th Oct

There is fear to making any decision.

Then you sometimes will hold your nose even when you take action on that decision, but the ones that scare us the most can often give us the best surprises.

When we are fearful to start with, we often show up with our best effort, and from our best efforts we get the strongest momentum.

When we prove to everyone  (most of all to ourselves) that we CAN do it and succeed, our decision to have a go is justified, and we tend then to make a habit of taking risks, all in the expectation of having the best outcomes for ourselves in terms of our health and just about anything else in life.

Succeeding gives us new levels of confidence every time, but we must face fear and doubt first, so get used to them being a constant in our lives, and working our way through this process is only part of normal life if we want to make our lives better.

Feel the fear and do it anyway.

Tues 7th Oct

When the doubts whisper you aren’t good enough, you need to lean on something that’s tried and tested, that’s used to crushing doubt and helping people come through troubled times.

When you are in state of doubt about everything in your life, you need gym time as your thinking time, because the gym is your time away from your problems, and when you are detached from your challenges even for a short period of time, you can see them through another lens, and that view may mean that your challenges are not so big as you thought, and you can conquer them after all, with a bit of planning and some action every day.

The gym will encourage you and empower you to overcome obstacles, face your fears head on and come through the other side not only in better shape, but much stronger mentally too, because you will discover that running away never fixed anything, and the courage to face things directly and with the right strategy is the only really that’s really going to work for you now and in the future.

Monday 6th Oct

Nobody likes to struggle but it’s very necessary for us all to get stronger and improve.

Doing things we sometimes don’t want to even face helps settle and calm our minds. Meaning our initial fears about a particular something weren’t rational at all in the first place, and we will only be glad we got it out the way.

Our initial setbacks can often lead to an even bigger comeback, momentum can swing BOTH ways, make sure you initiate the fightback and don’t any setback beat you.

Life isn’t easy, especially at the start of the week, and this is precisely why we need a day of action, getting stuff done full stop and never letting things go or build up into one unmanageable pile of problems.

Clear your challenges as they come, take action every day, get your workouts in every day which creates the necessary energy to get through anything that comes your way.
