Achieving some good results in anything is amazing, you feel proud, you receive complements and you are happy (for a while).
Then if and when the results start to slow down or stop even, you start to blame yourself, “why can’t I do it this time”, “I need to find my mojo again”, “why is it so hard this time” etc.
This is why you need to review what you are doing and you need a strategy.
If you are buying rubbish food into the house, don’t pretend it won’t get eaten because it WILL, how much rubbish you buy in directly contributes to the weight you put ON.
If you are skipping workouts or even weeks of workouts because “you have a lot on”, then the “lot on” is never more important than your HEALTH.
Health is WEALTH, the sooner you get that message the better.
A very decent strategy starts with non-negotiable’s.
- Buy good nutritious food into the house, it will change the way you look and feel.
- MAKE your workouts a minimum of 3 times a week, it again will change the way you look and feel.
- Get to bed at a decent time in the week as recovery is vital, 8 hours is the aim, but if you always complain you are always tired in your day, then getting to bed early almost always fixes that problem along with drinking enough water.
ONLY YOU can stop yourself having great results and feeling your very best but it never comes by accident.
