September 6th-Solid foundations

As it happens, it’s going to be dry this week all week anyway. But when you are 80, will you really say to your grandkids, the odd bit of rain and cold dictated what you could do in life?

Many of you work, are on set hours and work hard, but none of you work the full 168 hours of the week, and you do have spare time. If you are following your favourite TV show, or playing your favourite game online, then you have PLENTY OF TIME.

Most of you have your own minds, but some of you let others dictate your attendance. If you’re making excuses like so and so is coming around for a coffee and chat so you CAN’T POSSIBLY TRAIN, then you SERIOUSLY need to change your priorities and take a long hard at yourself-, somebody had better tell you the truth that you’re wasting your time in life.

The point im making is that you need to be ALL in and not half in or you’re not going to get anywhere. Don’t plan on training for 2 weeks trying to be a hero on social media, then not showing up for a month, and then starting again and then pretending you’ve made a true lifestyle change thats going to work, IT WILL NOT WORK AND YOU WON’T GET ANY RESULTS.

This week starting tomorrow you need to be ALL in and tell your family you need support, no more playing around. Showing up is the hardest thing to do, we can supply the rest, so make this week the week that everything changes for you, and you make a solid commitment thats going to lead to lasting changes that have very solid foundations.
