You know what you have to do.

You get to get under that iron and get stronger.

You have to work your heart and lungs, or that capacity will go pretty quick.

If you don’t USE your body, you will LOSE your body’s capacity.

You have to eat right right, not just for losing body fat, but to FEEL BETTER, boost your immune system and do your best to stop all those nasty flu’s around hitting you again.

Get to bed earlier, you improve when you sleep, your body needs repairing, don’t skimp on this one trust me.

Get up earlier. If you are struggling to get things done in your day or in life, then you need to CREATE more time. We all have 168 hours in the week, so create more by getting up earlier.

Getting up earlier has always been my secret weapon to getting much more done. Early morning I have most ideas, more positive thoughts and I can put into action THAT day would I think.

Can’t do all of these? They are pretty bloody essential if you want more out of your life-your choice and we have a democratic society so you can decide whether to do them or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have the guts to look at yourself in the mirror and don’t worry about the past because it doesn’t matter. I want to see you fired up tomorrow, chasing down incredible things you deep down want out of life.

SNAP out of any doubt you may have because I’m here, ALL of us are here to passionately help you get it done. My big wish for Friday is that you do, ditch the excuses, smash the doubt and let’s go for a big one!!!
