What stage in the journey are you?

Are you just starting it and seeing some encouraging results?

Have you transformed yourself and set yourself brand new higher standards, and excited to go after them?

Have you done well initially, experiencing a blip but are back on it, learn from any mistakes you may have made in the past, determined this time not to quit when any potential obstacles comes long?

Whatever stage you are at, there is another place to go, another step up the ladder, another level of feeling better, and another level of satisfaction that you battled through often against the odds to achieve great things.

You know though that constant maintenance of your body is absolute key to making great things happen with your body and mind. You are either going forwards or backwards, there’s no staying still and hope to stay where you are because its impossible.

You can’t give “half and effort” just to get by, your body responds to you giving it everything and rewards you well, but never take it for granted. Stay ahead of the game at all times, and never tempt fate by slowing down your body to a standstill, because once you become inactive for a while, it’s exactly then that the problems and pain starts.

Once you slip back by giving little or no effort, your body will soon tell you. Your body will start to ache and give you stiffness or pain in areas you never thought. Your body WANTS to be active and is the number one way to take pain out of your body.

Your journey is always moving, it’s like a train that can’t stop, and along the way you must feed it well and keep your joints lubricated and ready to challenge it in all sorts of different ways.

Love your journey, love the questions it asks of you and love the intrigue of seeing how far you can go.
