Prioritising what’s important to you is vital in all areas of your life.

If you don’t realise what’s most important, then your time and effort will be wasted on what’s “buzzing through head”, the MANY distractions and what doesn’t really matter.

Prioritising your health comes out on top because it allows you to have focus and have enough energy for everything else going on.

Family comes first and they are going to need a whole lot of energy out of you, and EVERY DAY too, so your fitness better be good so you can offer more all the time.

Your career/business is something you rely on to bring money in, to make a living that makes your family life easier, and allows you to do things in life with those who are most important.

Having enough energy and drive to make it work every day is the difference between mediocrity and success, and you reaping the rewards for your efforts.

You must be fit and healthy to offer consistent every day performances that will take you to to the next level. If you feel slow and lethargic every day, then you can’t expect great things to happen for you.

To handle all the massive stress of modern daily life, then you have to exercise to crush it before it builds up to unmanageable levels. Prevention of stress overload is often overlooked but deeply important to us all.
