Taking responsibility for your actions, your efforts, your results, everything will make your health and fitness far more productive, drive your ambition higher and let you reach your desired outcome far quicker. You need to take ownership of what you do, don’t leave it to chance and absolutely recognise that all of this is totally within your power.

We will try and give you absolutely everything. We throw everything at you each and every day, desperate to get a great result out of you 100% of the time, and an amazing amount of you DO get that result every time.

Here’s a mindset change that will guarantee you great success in your physical and mind transformation and how to keep on improving.

Show up a minimum of 3 times a week. Treat your gym session as a doctor/dentist/solicitor appointment-you HAVE to go to get a positive results. Using excuses not to come are sometimes easier than not hitting the gym, but if you don’t show up then your outcome will NOT be a good one and you wont achieve the massive results you know we get daily.

Take responsibility for your diary right now, nobody else is really in charge of it. 30-45 minutes is achievable for anyone.

2. There is no excuse for you not eating healthy 80% of the time at least. Blaming others is very easy, but YOU are likely in charge of that shopping list and what you buy. You either buy food that is going to enhance your life and explode your energy levels to the upside, or you buy rubbish, devoid of energy foods that offer you no goodness at all, make you irritable and only push you into wild mood swings that destroy your desire to improve and actually train regularly.

Take responsibility for your food that comes into your house, and your health will dramatically improve over time.

3. Hang out with more positive people. The 5 people you hang out with most (at work, school, college, social) usually dictate your views on life, how many challenges you take on and what aspirations in life you really have. Are you going to let people talk your ambitions down and tell you a higher quality of life is not possible, or are you finally going to get away from these negative people and choose your influences more positively?

Once you take action on these three things, momentum starts to swing your way and you will move forward strongly and in a very positive way. Once you have momentum, then anything is possible. It all starts with taking action right now.
