Great habits are can be great but WORTHLESS if you don’t put them into practice.
You know you need to do your workouts at least 3 times a week, are you the one who puts that into practice, or skips them more often than you would admit.
An ever increasing amount of evidence says that ultra processed food can severely impact our lives over time if it becomes what we NORMALLY eat. For all our good intentions and having a good meal now and again, are we normally eating good health food from scratch every day or is a good healthy meal something that happens “now and again”?!!
It is said that bad and inconsistent sleep can be deeply harmful for our health over time. Are we staying up late because we become addicted to the latest tv show, or we like to have a drink most nights, or do we stay up because “that’s what everyone we know does”.
If we don’t get to bed at a decent time, our next day’s energy is compromised, we become more irritable and we tend to avoid doing much with our days as we are always tired..
Every sleep study in history says exercising HELPS sleep enormously.
Join the dots, add two plus two and make the connection, great habits MAKE US into who we are and elevate us into who we could be, bad habits break us eventually and stop us living a life that we could live, leaving us unsatisfied and feeling there should be so much more to life.
