Adding just one small habit can transform you, anything that helps you will make all the difference, and done consistently over time pays off in all sorts of ways.
For example, spinach isn’t the most exciting green you can have, but studies shows it’s definitely one of the most nutritious we can eat.
Eating it once won’t make much difference, but eating it at least a couple of times a week-every week, will have a hugely positive effect on our insides, your immune system and your general health.
What about taking one habit away?
This is definitely UNDER-valued. Taking someone out of your life who gives you bad advice will be a godsend, especially if you feel “obliged” to take their often poor advice, even if they insist they are patronisingly claiming to be acting “in your best interests”.
We all have had these people in our lives, breaking the cord will not only change your life for the better, but will be hugely liberating as you will realise YOU are in charge of your OWN health, and the decisions you make you OWN and are accountable for, you are intelligent enough to make your own decisions, not based on “I heard this or that”, but based on what you know to be true, what is based on science and what you now that has worked for you plenty of times in the past too.
Our habits make us or break us, be bold and do everything you can to help yourself for the better!!
