New programme day and that means new exercises, new slants on solid principles and a completely different feel on your muscles on day one.

I love teaching new stuff too, it reinvigorates me, it pushes me to be better myself, hopefully does the same for all of you,  and changes the month for the better because we have a path to tread over the next 4 weeks, and it’s all based on getting better, and not merely getting through the exercises for the sake of it

January/February have been highly productive months, you have the opportunity now to use that foundation and launch yourself into March with great momentum and power getting yourself set for a great spring.
