It’s not always easy to exercise and get into a routine, but staying in routine is all important.
You have two stark alternatives. Be your best and trust the process on how to do that, train at least 3 times a week, eat well 80% of the time and give good attention to rest and recuperation-PLUS vitally get human contact every day and with people who will LIFT your spirits and constantly encourage you.
OR
Accept your best days are somehow behind you (I wouldn’t listen to ANYONE who told me personally but your choice), and SCALE BACK your activities dramatically thinking it’s somehow going to be better for you, again fitting in with other people’s low expectations of you.
SO you have two choices, one to FIGHT every day and thrive and live your life on your own terms, be fit and strong and love all the amazing benefits that gives you
OR
Accept a poor quality of life, let pain invade your body and mind, and your body eventually seizing up with all the lack of movement you have somehow accepted for yourself.
Choices we all have, but to be truly free and have our own independence of thought to live the life we want and deserve depends on our efforts, attitude and our own grit and determination. The things worth getting in life are never easy.
