The life we focus on is the one we experience.
If our experience of life is living permanently on foods we can just heat up and eat after a couple of minutes in the microwave, then that food may taste nice initially, but our energy levels or going to be on the floor!!
If our experience of life is hitting the pub every day, then our health is not likely to be high on our list of priorities, our moods will likely be up and down and alcohol is one of the most well known depressants, it’s not hard to guess the outcome from those habits.
If our experience is training with positive uplifting people, then we too will be uplifted, feeling positive and generally in a good state of mental and physical wellbeing.
If we spend more time in the food shop at the fresh veg and fresh food section in general, we WILL be much energised, feel better, perform better in life, have great health outcomes, have less pain in our body, feel great mentally, the list goes on!!
Focus on what we can do better and it starts what we CHOOSE to do and what type of life we really want, it’s all inour hands!!
