Deep down reasons get you into the gym especially when you don’t want to. The gym can be one honest place where you put the effort in, and you WILL get results and rewards from it, and they will spread across every area of your life.
You should never exercise for “likes”, or for what “someone else thinks about your efforts”, or any perceived idea on what you “should look like”.
Your deep down reasons may be overcoming an existing health condition, it may be to get out of pain in your body or plenty of pain in your mind which affects a lot of people.
It may be just to get you through the day during difficult times.
It may be the one good thing you can count on in your life at the moment, before things start to get better, but these reasons are PERSONAL TO YOU.
