People who keep onto others to “lose weight” and get healthy usually find it fruitless, and the person being nagged can get aggravated, and often go the other way.

That’s why I never chase anyone to train, if they want to train and have a great attitude eager to get better and feel better, we will all support them immensely.

I find it better to ask this of the person who needs to get fit and I would never push it on anyone, as they have to realise it themselves..

The KINDEST thing they can do for themselves is to look after themselves, to love themselves and the people around them by eating healthier, by working out at least 3 times a week, to appreciate the great outdoors and fresh air, to have positive human connection daily, that’s the kindest thing they can do for themselves and their family.

That change in lifestyle will save so much pain alone, not only in their bodies but the big worry ill health can bring.

But it’s not always easy, but as long as we see the trails and tribulations in life as preparing us for much better things to come, we will much more likely keep the faith, keep to our new healthy structure in routine in our lives, and keep seeing it through until good health is with us again..

It is often said the deeper the valleys we sink into in life,, the higher the wave we will catch when we eventually get ourselves back on our feet and get our stuff together again.

Keep making the change and keep trusting the process.,
