Being enthusiastic and “up for it” every day is no guarantee of success at least initially, but begin cynical and negative about your chances of success will GUARANTEE you won’t get where you want to be.

Everyone is having a tough time at the moment, doubt, pessimism, hate, negatvity, frustration are all in abundance in the world right now, and it’s very easy to get sucked into  all of it, you could get plenty of company easily enough, after all misery does love company.

The great thing is that we become what we practice, we become literally what we do every day. We know the environment and the people will only help lift us up daily if we just show up and allow it to happen/

I know many of you suffer with doubt every day and anxiety, and sometimes it seems a big battle to get through your day, BUT it’s your workout will GIVE you the enthusiasm you need to battle though your days and make them much easier, and once you get into the habit of working out no matter what even on your darkest days, then your new found habits will help you overcome many of the mind and life challenges that so often come to test us.
