When I’m training a team, I learn many lessons myself, as hopefully the team will. Some are very fast, some are way behind, some are very strong, some need loads of work, some don’t believe in themselves, some are over confident that may need bringing down a peg or two

.The most important part for me though is improving ALL of them no matter what, getting them to believe in themselves more, and getting them to realise that the fitter they are, the more they will ENJOY the game and coincidentally, they will PLAY better when they enjoy themselves. At the end of most sessions,

I always tell them that it’s not the fastest or strongest at the first session will do the best, it’s the one who ALWAYS shows up every week and tries their best with no ego, always gives of their best, eats healthy and gets enough sleep, and usually the best in the end always supports other team members no matter what, encouraging them when others are down and having a bad time, and generally lifting everyone up by their positive and encouraging attitude.

THAT is the most valuable team member for me every single time, and we are blessed to have so many of you in that exact category at the gym.
