We have always focused on getting better as a gym, and providing better and better service and programmes to you.

Every 3 weeks we make sizeable gains to all areas, our strength, core, balance, endurance, speed and agility-and 3 weeks is enough to see huge progress where we need to keep improving. 

The big shock is when someone who is very fit, they could be playing a very decent level of sport for example, and they get buried by our programmes when they initially try them. 

They will see many 70 year olds at the gym lifting big weights, pulling big heavy things uphill, running with ever-increasing speed and in general doing mostly very high energy, highly technical movements that require massive efforts.

This illustrates the power of keeping improving, keep challenging you to the limits, and building inside of you immense reserves of of physical ability, but also grit, determination,  and a refusal to quit and surrender no matter how hard/impossible the next challenge may seem.

The great news is that the new upcoming programme on monday is our greatest challenge yet, but you have been built up to it, and your resilience and performances have created this very high standard.
