Staying healthy is what you all want to do, you know what you need to do too in general, the question is how much do you leave “other stuff” interfere with you staying healthy?Monday is the most important day to kick start your week and it’s hard to think of many reasons that could get in the way (but they do if you say yes to everything).Simplify your life and have a priority list.
- You must exercise today, 20 mins will do as long as you go for it.
- You must have enough good whole foods in the house to make meals and snack on.
- You need to get to bed early tonight, to re-energise yourself and recover after your workouts.
