August 11th

I can confirm that the gym is fully stocked both inside and out with today’s deliveries. When we started doing outside only classes, we literally had to bring everything outside and we were continually in a state of playing catch up coping with the dramatic growth of outside training.

This wasn’t helped by slower deliveries due to obvious reasons.

I found that I effectively we had to buy a new inside stock of so many things so opening up this monday was as seamless as it could be. 

This huge investment has been more than worth it and we effectively have now a high quality very well stocked inside gym as usual, and now a very well stocked outside gym too with no compromises.

We are now in a strong position outside and inside the gym, and thanks to all of you great people who have booked slots this week inside and cleaned everything thoroughly after you, and showing total respect to everyone else at the gym in terms of distancing etc.

It has been great to see you all inside and out of the gym and we in a position to make further investments to come. We are forever thankful for your support.

Thursday, August 5th

Break down your situation and use concrete evidence on why things are working out for you or against you,

If you show up for your exercise on schedule, give it your best, even at times in the session you find it a big struggle (nobody said it would be easy), then you will start to 100% feel a lot better, we have too much evidence to say this is true.

If you are on first name terms with your local takeaway, you watch and  talk endlessly about soap or boxset plot lines online, you spend most nights like this and you know the fast food menu off by heart, then you have a lot of sludge in your body and your motivation must be firmly planted on the floor with no sign of it improving.

Carry on like this for an extended period of time, and appointments with the doctor and all sorts of pills for the pain are a very likely outcome.

Only YOU can do something about it.

I have seen endless amounts of people come back to our classes with bad knees, hips, backs and motivation to get back into it as depressingly low levels.

Then they book in and HAVE to show up. The first few sessions they take 3-4 mins rest in between when they can’t go on. The next few sessions see more improvements and suddenly energy comes back into their lives. The spark has been ignited.

The grimace turns into the odd smile, and the sluggish, hunched, nervous walk in, turns into a proud walk of achievement after every session.

What you usually feel can be broken down by what you take into your body, both physically and mentally. 

If you have someone battering you down mentally every day with intense negativity, then you don’t stand a chance keeping a positive perspective. You HAVE to get them out of your life or at least limit their influence.

Doing your best every day with what you KNOW works is the only way you will ever achieve peace and happiness, and the satisfaction you are living life with no regrets.

August 3rd

Good health is always needed in good times and especially in times like we are in right now.

Good health sparks your positive moods every day, instead of you believing every negative thought that comes into your head, because that’s what it is, a BELIEF.

If you believe you’re not capable of something you really want, then you won’t likely even attempt it, leave alone do it. 

We all have negative thoughts coming into our heads every moment of every day, it’s what we decide to do with those negative thoughts that makes or breaks our day, our week or even our lives.

Don’t accept things needs to be a certain way if you aren’t happy about it. Don’t accept that anyone needs to make you miserable, and that’s your destiny in life to accept that negative situation because life is far too short for that.

We all need to have a go in life but lockdown has put a lot of people in a state of paralysis in their minds. Lockdown has got people believing there’s no positive future, that they cant make decisions any more and they can’t dream big again.

You have to flush ALL of that stinking thinking right down the TOILET, and wash it way for good.

You will find it very hard to do though without your workout, because that will be the ultimate catalyst to get you off your behind and believing in yourself again. Exercise changes the way our brains work, science tells us this in abundance.

Expect good and bad things to come into your head every day, but also realise that it’s a CHOICE on which thoughts we believe. 

We either let negative thoughts destroy our lives and make us unhappy, or we thrive on the positivity coming through every day and grabbing every true opportunity we are getting, but somehow we have made ourselves blind to.

Every day is a gift and a thing of beauty, see the positivity but make sure you act on it and your life changes immediately. 

Monday, 20th July

1Monday was it should be. Hard work and I was surrounded by ultra-positive people on a mission today. You can control your environment as much as possible and it will do amazing things for your physical and mental health.

Having good people buck you up every day should be a must for you. 

Disposing of your negative influences should one of your urgent goals in life because life is too short for caring what negative people think of you, and being too scared to have a go at great things in life just because what so and so would say.

Having this strategy will instantly remove a lot of the sources of your stress. I am always very transparent in that I don’t want negative people in the gym because it can spread and nothing good ever comes of it.

In a world full of hate, envy, jealousy and lack of respect, we are all about hope, love, serving people amazingly well and lifting them up to do things they never even thought possible.

We are luck we can pick and choose who we want in the. gym because ultimately I see us as a team. I see us as something more than a gym, I see all of you as human beings who can achieve spectacular things just by showing up, eating right and hitting the sack early in the week. Consistency will always be your true secret of success and happiness.

The only thing that can trip you up is your environment so I know how vital it is to support you as much as we can ALL of the time, and show you how important it is to surround yourself with good people.

Control what you can control and get rid of everything that threatens to destroy your hopes, dreams and everything thats good in your life. You will be so much happier for it.

Tuesday, 2nd June

We all need a chat with ourselves most days, especially when we first get up or taken meaningful action that day. If we listen to what’s going on in our heads, then we will likely be put off because doubt and worry is usually our first option.

It’s easier not to take action, it’s easier not to have a go, this way we never will get disappointed again. We all have tried things and failed, and swore that will be the very last time we want to feel that let down.

How we talk to ourselves may be the game-changer.

Have you told yourself or felt that you ARE enough and are good enough to have a go at something you would really like to do? Or do you look down on at your feet again and don’t really believe that.

Do you self-sabotage your success even when you get it? You don’t feel as if you deserve it maybe? Happiness and success is for “other people”.

So relying on how we feel when we haven’t exercised yet in that day is a bad idea. Our mind isn’t elevated, our mind has had no spark, and asking ourselves to do something difficult that requires a lot of energy and strength doesn’t seem top of our list!

Do your exercise FIRST, then you will see the truth thats going on in your mind. When you talk into the gym ,do an online workout, do a run, walk or cycle you always feel incredibly better.

If you were in that frame of mind all of or most of the time, can you imagine the things you would actually try and with more confidence? Seizing your moments and acting when you’re in the best state of mind increases your chances of success and happiness tenfold.

Would you sit on the sidelines in life with an elevated and elated state of mind? I think not.

Make big moments in your life happen by the elevated state you can easily create yourself by hitting your workout hard and benefiting the rest of the day. You are in charge and you ARE enough, never forget it.
