Monday, 4th January

We are introducing a SECOND challenge per day for you. During christmas, many of you went for a daily walk and enjoyed it. I was the same. The walk did you good, but so did the fresh air and change of scenery, so important this time of year.So I am setting you a MINIMUM second workout of the day challenge.

You need to walk for at least 20 minutes in the afternoon or morning too, For example, lots of you have done our live workout this morning, the sun sets around 420pm every day, so if you set off for your walk at 330- 430pm you should have more than enough time to appreciate a great sunset, plus do yourself a world of good before it gets dark.

My second workout will be a 43 minute mountain walk for example, guaranteed to make me and my family feel amazing, and I really want you to try it!

The walk gets a little easier every day, and you will be surprised how quicker you get over time/The overall effect over a week will be huge, the total effect over a month will be absolutely massive on your mental health too, ON TOP of your daily workout, revving your metabolism up even higher and keeping you on track for maximum progress during this new year to boost your immune system even more.Who’s up for it?

Thursday, 17th December

Being audacious is out of fashion, it’s frowned upon, and it’s often discouraged. This is exactly why you should be flat out audacious and going totally against the grain right now, instead of sitting on the sidelines watching great things happen, and wondering what could have been.I am not in hurry for this year to end AT ALL, why waste your life?I know we are in much better shape this December than last December, and it was good last December.Instead of waiting for get angry about decisions that I can’t control, I entirely focus my energy on the things I can control, making a better gym, improving our online product again, focusing on making more opportunities for all of you to do great things, whichever way you want to use our training services.Those who have experienced it this week will testify strongly our new system is working now both inside and outside. Over a typical week we now have 66 organised sessions for us to blast you and work you to incredible levels, that’s 288 opportunities over a 30 day month!! Thank you for the incredibly positive reaction to it all because your reactions are saying it all.You may think there’s no opportunities out there and you may think I’m nuts to always say there’s more opportunities than ever, but we are demonstrating that even in the most anxiety-ridden days that most of of us experienced, there’s unlimited and exciting chances for ALL of us to do great things, and I can say this with complete conviction and strong evidence.Tomorrow is Friday, and we have already a great day of workouts lined up. Don’t forget IF you don’t have the energy to take advantage from all of these opportunities, chances are you won’t even see them and definitely won’t have the drive to carry the out and grab them with both hands.Build your body, build your energy, exercise the pain OUT of your body and see the world differently.

Sunday, 13th Dec

The big start of the week hits me Sunday evening when I need to get my mind right.

 Either I let doubt come in and put up with a wheezy chest like I had today, or I do get down the gym and do something big to clear all the cobwebs away. 

The Sunday family tradition of exercising Sunday night is well and truly happening in a big way. I competed against my oldest boy on the ski machine 5 min challenge and I just beat him, healthy competition can be good and let’s you know where you are.

The exercise cleared my chest (i have suffered from asthma all my life but exercise is the only thing that clears it), cleared any doubt and has set me up for a great week to come. There’s no counting down the days in business, you are either all in as you can’t be half hearted at anything, or you will get mediocre results. We think big and we have to give it everything, every single session, every single day. 

I have seen this year decimate so many people’s confidence. Instead of battling their doubt and anxiety through their workouts, they have let others make them live in fear every day, when their workout would have been their secret key to unlocking the paralysis their mind was in.

I urge you to get off the settee and back into the game. I am going flat out right up until the 23rd December to deliver some amazing workouts, we have 60 workouts to do this week alone, and I am going to give it my absolute best so get ready to show up with determination and a great attitude. 

Your attitude and actions are exactly what you CAN control and they will have a direct affect on how you feel, how you think and how your life over the next few months turns out.

2nd December

Here’s what training in December means and why so many of you are still doing great things.Lots of of you are still training hard, in a class outside with us, inside the gym or doing our daily live stream videos. We are very proud of you indeed and there’s no reason to miss a class now.You are being active without even thinking about it anymore. Once you get to this stage, where its essential for you to exercise so you just feel yourself, it’s vital for you to train because you want to feel better, and it’s part of your daily routine no matter what, it’s at this exact stage where tremendous results becomes normal too.Your habits shape you, if you show up at least 3 times a week, all year long, year in year out, you are one of us!! For those not quite there, we want to give you enormous support all year round so you get there no matter what.If you show up for 2 months, and then have 6 months off, you are living a life with regrets, what could have been, instead of what should be. Wonder why that person you see at the gym looks great and always has a sunny attitude? It’s because they work at it, they show up all the time, and when they do a food shop, they are never eating ready meals, they never drink in the week, and they never eat nutritionally empty foods like white bread, cakes, biscuits etc more than once a week.Commit to being a year round trainer like we commit to you. We throw everything at you because you know you and your family will be ecstatic with you being in amazing health, The big plus is always if you the parent is a great example, your kids will likely follow your example too.Set your standards high and don’t compromise. You know you have joined a 12 month gym, not a faddy January one that rips you off on some contract you never wanted to sign, and find out nobody wants to help you even when you do.Your opportunities are one of a kind and we have created a zero excuse environment for you to achieve anything you put your mind to!!

Tuesday, 13th October

Moments of doubt and stress demand certain people step up and make things happen. We have an abundance of members doing exactly that right now. We have so many who used to live struggling with feeling are they good and strong enough, living in doubt instead of taking action in their lives, I am thrilled to say we are discovering new leaders every day.
I know there have been many who have doubted whether the classes will first of all go ahead in the rain.
We trained in storms during the spring and summer with great numbers of you showing up very consistently, that’s why we have such great results all of the time.
Then what if it was too warm? You can’t train in 30 degrees, the sun was shine in your face, you would rather be n the back garden drinking, we heard it all but so many of you put your health first and came through that challenge, and now live with pride on your accomplishments, and most importantly huge mindset change.
We had a big moment of doubt this morning, would you show up in the cold and rain, it was tipping it down well and truly. The first 5 minutes were shocking, but by minute 10 I could see your faces changing, your demeanour was changing, and you realised yet again that you were on your way to another victory, we even had some smiles by halfway through.
Literally, you changed the dark clouds of uncertainty and worry into blue skies of hope, ambitions and strong signs that there are indeed better time ahead. You discovered that is always darkest before dawn.
Your biggest victories in life are when you put your character on the line, will you come up a winner this time or will you let yourself down, that the excitement of it all but you have to be in the game to make it happen in the first place..
I am proud to say that so many of you have become so much stronger since lockdown in ALL weathers, you don’t just come down in one bout of rain, you THRIVE in it now and you and I love the feeling that you are proving so many people wrong, and at a time of great uncertainty again, you are making your kids, your partners and all of those around you in your sessions mightily proud.
