You have power over your mind and not outside events you can’t do anything about.

You make the decision on how your day is planned ultimately.

To do more with your day, even if its action packed, is a result of getting up earlier and going to bed earlier, and getting rid of unnecessary things that slow you down in your day you can go do without.

If your workouts are an afterthought, something you do when you haven’t got anything more pressing on, then you’re never going to show up and make progress. You will be likely to make it once a week if you are lucky, and never the three times you really need to do.

If health is really important to you, then you will make your sessions no matter what. If you have identified that being fit and healthy helps you with every area of your life, then you will make your sessions. Don’t be that person who doesn’t fulfil their potential.

Don’t be that person who always says “i could have, would have, should have”, and lives with a lifetime of regrets.

Every day opportunities exists, take them.

Monday, 19th September

Most of us feel the fear of change and most of us don’t think we will be able to handle it somehow, this is why many of us turn away from change and fear any real change in our daily lives. We try to encourage lifestyle changes daily, and we know how hard it can be for you.

When we don’t believe we can handle new circumstances, a new programme or anything new, then we are likely to go back into our own little shell eventually and stick to what we know, even if it doesn’t change us too much.

When we are brought up, most mothers always say “please be careful” when we go to school, go for a night out for the first few times, our first holiday, as they care about us and mean well.

Although they have our best interests at heart, we often interpret this as that we “can’t handle it” on our own, we aren’t responsible enough to handle a night out and definitely not a holiday.

Our first job we always get parental advice, our first house and our children, although we have come a long way we get the feeling inside as if nobody trusts us to HANDLE this on our own completely!

This type of thinking stops us trying to break out and try new things on own own. The situation in life where you get to thinking that whatever happens, you can handle it no matter what, takes a lot of time but this will set you free from sticking to a place where you never change, to one where you are willing to try new things, work in new ways and really go for the things that you may have always thought were outside your reach.

Fear slams into us every day no matter who we are, but we need to practice feeling that fear, and then STILL going on and doing what we need to do anyway. You will find that nothing was that bad anyway, nothing was that scary you couldn’t do it, and more than that you will be so GLAD you did and went for it big time!

Whatever your situation, making change is tough but whatever you think, you CAN HANDLE IT no matter what on your own-plus you have our support too. Once you realise this, the amount of things you try in your life will go way up, leading to far greater success and a much stronger self-belief system.

What are you waiting for.

All of you have dreams and ambitions, and the point between where you are now, and where you want to be, is where we want to help.

Those of you who haven’t had the courage to delve within yourself and ask deep down how you can perform at another level, please start that process this week. 18th september may be the start of something a lot better for you, and it all starts with getting your health up to a level that could be incredible.

Friday, September 16th

People always talk about a “right time” to do things. This unfortunately involves waiting, sometimes so much waiting you never actually do it. Many people say i will wait until i get new training shoes, i will wait until my friend joins the gym with me, i will wait until i “get in the right frame of mind”, I will wait until the winter/spring/summer/autumn for whatever reason etc etc.

If you look at some of the greatest and most long lasting businesses over the last 100 years, MANY of them starting during recessions, when many people advised them to wait “until the dust settles” because it would be madness to do so.

Usually though, many businesses start because they are ready to start and share their product with the world. They are so busy “doing”, that the timing doesn’t really matter.

With your exercise programme or decision to eat healthy, it often starts “next week”, “next month” and usually not at all. The longer you put things off, the harder it becomes to do, this applies to anything.

The power you give yourself by deciding to get active right now will indeed empower you!

The power you will give yourself when going shopping you decide to put only healthy foods into your basket will signal the start of a new and healthy lifestyle for you, and immediately things will change for the better.

Each and every day is a fresh opportunity for you to get better, but first you must stop the endless conversations about how something in the future will happen “one day”. That “one day” doesn’t usually happen.

Once you decide to take action, then you will be proud of yourself. Once you have taken action once, then you are likely to take action on a regular basis. This process of finally get your behind in gear and doing something positive every day will eventually create real transformation in your life, and you will no doubt wonder why you didn’t start earlier.

The choice is yours, stop doing the “what if’s”, “i’m too old, too overweight, too unfit” conversation. Everyone has the same opportunity, take yours right now.

Don’t ever be tempted to stop reading positive messages every day.

Don’t be tempted to believe that of this somehow won’t work for you.

Your fears are NOT real, they are just emotions you can and will master.

Don’t believe what we teach is somehow only for “a chosen few”, those who have money and the time to implement it. This is for ALL of you. Never has there been a place with such equal real life opportunities and zero favouritism. Let’s hit it hard every day.

Your mighty vision of what you always wanted to be will release the talent within you to achieve it. You must first have ambition though, and be prepared to work hard for it.

If you fully commit today to being better, then my guess is that in 6 months time, you will have wished you started earlier.

This monday, make your commitment to being better and achieving even greater things your priority. Commit right now to the habits that will transform you and literally change your life.
