I do not give up on any members easily. I believe that you are all capable of great things, if I can somehow get that message through.

If it takes 40 messages, and the 41st works, then the previous 40 messages would have been more than worth it.

Some people are harder to reach than others, circumstances in life often mask what is going on behind the scenes.

I hate to see anyone not use any of the gifts that they are blessed with. We have all had good to great moments in our lives we are proud of, we have all had rock bottom moments we would rather forget.

I’m in the development game, and part of that is making you stronger in all ways so you can help others too on your life’s journey, so you will never give up on others too, even if they are harder to reach at times, and you think at times they have lost interest in what you are trying to communicate with.

I believe in people, and I believe in you. 

The 14th hour of my day has began, and I plead with you again to make the most of your gifts, to re-awaken your courage, your strength of spirit, and release the beauty of what you are really capable of, and the enormous affect it will have on your life, and never forget the ones that are closest to you who will benefit so much seeing you back strong and on top form again.

My last challenge of the day, and I ask you kindly please to take it with both hands.

Friday, May 22nd

Thank you to each and every one of you for offering your huge support over the last 9 weeks of lockdown. Here’s a milestone, we have produced NINETY, thats 90 exercise films in that time alone.

That’s at least 450 hours of production time between filming, editing and processing just in 9 weeks, on top of all the other exercise films on there.

I hasten to add I have had a ton of support and understanding from nicola and family, with one of the kids frequently acting as the camera person!!!

To give you an idea of our online operation now, Your sky movies box for example can handle 1TB of films, before lockdown we were on 1.2TB of storage which was huge, now 9 weeks later we are on 2.9TB of storage which is incredible and means we have to move on to another hosting plan, it’s more money for us but it’s very much worth it due to your support as we move up another level again.

Thanks for your positivity and kindness through your messages, thanks for motivating me and inspiring me to get up the hill every day, to shoot 2 new films a day and for helping us all through these very challenging times.

It’s a brave new challenging world to come but we are very much ready for it, have had great direct guidance from our great and valued nurses and paramedics, and we are very focused on what we need to be to serve everyone incredibly well.

We are living in enormous gratitude and are extremely positive about the future to come, and we can adapt to anything whllst still providing enormous positivity and care.

I am at my most positive and most resourceful right now., and I am very excited about it.

The struggle we have learnt to live has been worth it in so many areas. Those of you who didn’t quit, who didn’t give in and kept the fire in your belly alive are reaping big rewards.

I love your deep messages of what you have gone through, and how you are coming out the other side not only intact, but ready to surge and smash down any challenges that come your way.

You can picture right now the people who tried to talk you out of having a go.

You can hear the voices of people who urged you to quit, who said “what’s the point”.

The road you have taken has far less people on it you will notice, the toughest roads usually have, and if you want to think and live at a higher altitude and consciousness, you have to be certain and you need  to have the courage of your convictions, the good news is that I am backing you every single time because I can’t wait to see your incredible pride continuing in your results.

If someone doesn’t want to get on our bus of positivity, achievement, inner peace, supportiveness and ambition, then they don’t have to get on it. But I do know our bus takes us to unimaginable places and all we have to do is show up and trust the process.

Every time i have someone not believe in our process and journey, I figure it’s time to let them go on their own journey and see their own process out, people have to find out for themselves that hard work, optimism and having a go relentlessly is the only way.

I know ours is tried and tested and I have never seen things with such crystal clear clarity as I do right now.

You may not have found your true purpose in life yet but I DO now that showing up and having a go every day is the ONLY way you will really feel ALIVE!!!

Monday, 18th May

World Mental health week and an even better time to emphasise the best strategies on getting your mind on top form, and how you need RIGHT NOW to stop caring what negative influencers may or may not say. 

We need to get behind our people right now with a clear voice and support them exercising 200%, because mental health was a big problem before lockdown, now voices are not being heard at all and who’s going to kick up the pieces afterwards?

Anyone who doesn’t realise that daily exercise is your catalyst to getting your mind in a much better place is either ignoring strong overwhelming science, hasn’t been shown and supported on how to do it right, or has forgotten how good it feels when done continuously.

I don’t know anyone who hasn’t been for a walk, run, cycle, lifted weights and not felt better, undeniable fact and I speak to a LOT of people every single day.

The problem comes when we are “tripped up” by the influence of others who don’t have our best interest at heart.

It can start with the media, my local shop said a while ago that newspaper sales were WAY DOWN, sensing people are fed up with the constant doom and gloom, with the self-interest of the editors coming to the fore whatever side you are of the political debate.

It has created a divided nation where you have some feeling (i have these messages most days) some people are looking down at anyone over 60 going for a walk/run or cycle that is undeniably doing incredible things for their mental health.

We have a once in a lifetime thirst we have NEVER had off people wanting to go outdoors and exercise, and we need to build on it and boost all their immune systems with this great opportunity right now, yet many feel as if they are not given wholehearted support because of mixed messages.

Every single person who I know who has come into our gym has always experienced not only a great feel good factor and great physical results, but over time they notice they get ill FAR less, and their mental health has been transformed, and have gone on to see it as their daily catalyst to crush anxiety, doubt and stress, I see this every day and it literally MAKES my day because I know it is a strong fact!!!

BACK the people in their undeniable urge to be fit and healthy to help their physical AND MENTAL HEALTH, and we need to support and admire them as much as we can. 

ENCOURAGE everyone you know to get strong, to keep boosting their bodies by exercising and eating right, and whilst doing all of this, you will be CERTAIN that you will be doing ALL YOU CAN for World Mental health week.

ACTIONS will always speak louder than words.

Have you found a way to exercise today or has something held you back?

It’s okay not to exercise for one day, but don’t let it become a habit because you will soon get used to your new comfort zone.

When everything becomes too easy in life and you don’t have to make the effort anymore, it’s so much harder to attempt to get back into pushing yourself again, harder to doing the things that actually matter again.

Challenges WILL come up in life, and when you’re not used to taking them on, your fear can start to consume you. You become unable to get going again, and minor things you used to accomplish with ease when you were training hard, now start to become major headaches.

It’s fine to be fearful because fears are part and parcel of life. It’s how we deal with them that counts. We either put them to one side and let them build up and pretend they aren’t there, until it becomes overwhelming, and the pressure becomes so great we worry and eventually collapse from it all.

OR we take the fear on every time and show the necessary courage to fight back. Fight back once and it’s easy to fight back twice.

What we get once we confront fear is FREEDOM from worry, and a sense that we are free to accomplish anything as long as we face it head on and deal with immediately as it comes up.

No more laying in bed at 3am worrying about problems we refuse to deal with and we hope they eventually go away, only to double or treble in size and eventually they become all we think about.

Get used to DOING, having a go, ready to smash anything that threatens to take over our consciousness. Exercising is your way out of worry, it’s also your trigger to get going in your day and altering your mental state so you’re ready to take on anything that comes you way.
