January 27th, day 24 of the 12 week transformation challenge

If you manage to get to 80 or even 90 years old, will it be a slow/medium/fast decline from say 40 50, 60 years of age?

Do you know anyone who wants to wind down as quickly as possible or even wants to give up on life at 50 or 60, saying their “best days”, their best memories, their best efforts are gone for good?Chances if you could fast forward to 80 right now and look back at where you are in life now, you would want to make a lot more of the days you have left, because we all have a certain amount left.Will they be days full of energy, purpose, rewarding efforts and memories of how you made a difference in life and to others?

Or will they be wasted endlessly scrolling through social media, and binge watching a new series on Netflix missing out on daily opportunities that are very real?The time you have is precious, it does end, and with that comes great responsbility .

Lots of people will gladly swap places right now just to have the amazing time you have left here.Don’t live life wondering what might have been, should you have had a go or not, should you have attempted something you really wanted even if you thought some people would laugh at you if you failed.

Most big dreams that come true start as “laughing stocks” to many, I know that feeling myself, but it’s down to you to keep having a go, keep working hard, keep refining your approach until it starts working, and when you hit the bullseye finally, relentlessly keep that work up and appreciate the great opportunity you have every day to make a big difference in people’s lives.

Measure your progress-25th jan 2022

The easy way of measuring your progress is to write down what you are doing right now, and then try to make small incremental improvements, are you moving forwards or backwards?

You clearly saw three big changes from friday, then monday and then again today.

You may have thought you couldn’t make those big efforts, but heck of a lot of you have just done that and you must be full of pride just getting through them.If you struggle to get out of the house and even to get your kit on, then get down the gym, then that struggle needs to change,

I know many of you have told me in the past how difficult that is, but you must battle through it.Some of you get around this by getting someone close to you to MAKE you do you workout by telling you how much better you will feel afterwards, by pushing you out of the house to come to the gym, by pushing you in front of the TV to do an online workout, this strategy can work big time too and we all need someone in our corner. Workouts change the way you feel, balance out your moods and generally get you in a much better place in life.

Getting the workouts done full stop is amazing progress, especially if you didn’t even feel like doing it in the first place, week to week aim for improvements, it’s all about getting better full stop and working at YOUR OWN standard, then raising it, don’t think you can’t do it, because your body will be with you all the way, get your mind onboard too and drastic positive improvements will become a daily event for you.

When you come to the gym, chances are that you had more than a few laughs, you had a damn good training session, and you would have reached a level you previusly though unattainable.

These are things most of your friends may not have done today.Celebrate that.

Enjoy those successes today. The more you stand back and realised your day has really been worthwhile, the more you are likely to come back tomorrow and use that formula again, because you know IT WORKS!!

Your short and long terms goals DEPEND on you being consistent, you know the formula very well by now, make it happen again and again and reap the very real and amazing benefits.

Monday, 17th Jan 2022-Day 14 of the 12 week transformation challenge

Day 14 into the challenge, and 70 to go!! That may seem like a little daunting for most, but that’s what a challenge is ALL about, can you do it, can you get over the setbacks or challenges along the way, and come back stronger?

You should know now there will be constant questions asked of you, or how is it a challenge at all?In any challenge, there will be people who think you will quit, and there will be some who will back you all the way too-CHERISH those people who are on your side because you WILL need them along the way.

This is not going to be hyper-smooth all the way, life never is, but as long you keep showing up, then fantastic things ought to be possible and ought to happen for you as long as you are leading a healthy lifestyle and don’t take short cuts.

Remember you cannot out-train a bad diet, you cannot live through this challenge with a negative attitude and win, you need to give yourself over to this 100% and see the great places it intends to take you.

Monday is the most important day of the week, let’s go!!!
