Worrying about tomorrow can rob us of our power today to do great things.
Monday is always associated with negativity, worry and an “everyone hates Monday approach”, but if we look at it as a day when we “Earn the right” to have a great week through our deeds and effort, then it can be something we can be proud of, something we view as essential, and allow us to elevate our energy, state of mind and drive to go on and have a great rest of week.
Our workouts are a time when we continually prove to ourselves to be good enough to come through any challenge and only gives us much-needed self belief, which carries on to all areas of our lives.
