All successful people have it as a friend.

Everyone wants to get it.

Once you have it, you gain success without even thinking about it, and you become unstoppable once the initial effort to get it is made.

I’m talking about MOMENTUM!!

You get momentum by starting something and following through with it perhaps for the first time in a while, or even in your life.

Getting momentum with what we are doing now is done in a simple way.

Putting these things together on a daily basis will create massive strength for you, and allow you to push through plateaus that you previously will have struggled with.

Changing to a new healthy lifestyle takes time, it’s tough at times, but in those difficult times you really need to see it through until those habits become second nature.

When everything clicks for you, you will create real momentum and your healthy lifestyle will be much more of a pleasure than a struggle.

Eating well, drinking enough water, training regular can be tough to get used to, but you need to give it time or you won’t allow enough time for your body to adjust to it.

Once your body adjusts, you will develop much more energy than you have now, you will be much more optimistic than you are now, you will have a higher set of goals and have the energy and drive to achieve them.

Once you adjust, momentum will be a daily part of your life and higher expectations and outcomes will come with it.

Following guidelines on here and in your emails daily will make all the difference if done daily, as well as taking daily action with exercise of course. Momentum comes from daily practice at make positive changes in your life so let’s continue to make the big leap!!

When you look back at your life, the moments you will be most proud of will likely be the ones where you stepped out of your comfort zone in the pursuit of something you believed in.

Don’t allow the lull of comfort to stop you getting what you really want.

If you don’t go for it this time, then you will keep putting it off until it’s so far at the back of your mind you never get it done.

Allow yourself to dream big, to set big goals, and focus on things that really stretch you.

It’s never too late. Each day is an opportunity to start again, to move in a new direction or confirm the good direction you are already on.

If you’re honest with yourself, you will know where you are playing it safe and where you could do better or improve upon.

You can’t choose safety when you are trying to get the best out of yourself every day.

You can’t pursue greatness AND comfort at the same time.

Step out of your comfort zone in set some goals to get there. It’s all about growing as a person too.

A good strategy is to tell a close friend of a goal you really want to achieve, and tell them to check in on you regularly to see how you are getting on.

Do the same for them so you can both keep a focus and work towards something together.

Make sure you both celebrate the goals when you get there!!

When you know what you have to do, how often you should train, what foods you should eat and when-it’s still absolutely vital to STAY FOCUSED all the way through.

Most people start their journey with laser-like focus and resolve, but along the way, all these interesting “alternative routes” pop up, and they start taking unnecessary detours.

What many of these people discover, and one of the things that you might have learned also, is that once you go off course, its hard to get back on track.

You lose your momentum at least, and you may even get completely lost.

The fastest way to get from point A to point B is with a STRAIGHT LINE.

This means we need to avoid detours and dead ends, and do whatever we can to rise above the clutter (misinformation, myths, fitness frauds and fads), and fly a direct route to your destination.

You need to stay on the path and not get distracted. Stay strong and finish even stronger. When you do this, you can make a remarkable transformation in your body and mind, and faster than you ever thought possible.

Keep hitting your sessions hard, keep eating well and keep your mind focused on doing well and don’t tell anyone put you off. Staying the course is the most important thing, making sessions even when you don’t want to make them, and trying to keep improving each and every week. This is when the big results happen!

Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

You will start off most mornings full of enthusiasm, especially when you start your programme with us. This can soon wane though, and it’s up to you to put the workouts in to build that enthusiasm again, and eat right too.

I am not always ultra-enthusiastic waking up at 420am!! In the summer, I am a little better but what gets me really enthusiastic is my first run of the day. This automatically feel better and energised.

From that moment of the completion of my first run, my day always gets better. Its tough at the time for sure, but a fact that most people who don’t exercise cannot seem to understand is that you get MORE energy every time you train, and automatically feel better.

If I stayed in bed, I may appreciate more sleep but I would feel more sluggish all day long, I would struggle to get motivated to do anything and generally my drive wouldn’t be there.

My first daily run is my starter gun for the day, not only to stay in shape but simply to feel better full stop.

Face facts-some days you will feel better than others before your sessions, but every time you finish your workouts, you will feel a sense of accomplishment and be really glad you got your body going, and a great big shot of energy into your life again.

After all of these efforts, the best way to keep your enthusiasm high is to have great results with your measurements, to realise you have got a little stronger, a little quicker, have a little less body fat, a little bit more muscle, and you have suddenly started to feel a lot better about yourself all round!

We all have to try to constantly improve, and with this attitude we will always stay enthusiastic and optimistic about our health and fitness.

Big moments in your progress, both inside and out, come together once you get your programme working for you in all areas.

Committing yourself to training a minimum of three times a week is vital. Then you will realise the big positive impact it’s having on your life in all areas.

You will get rid of ugly habits and replace them with healthy ones, but ugly habits can sometimes creep back in when you least expect them.

Something stressful may happen that sets you back, causing you to revert to your old comforts. You may skip a workout and stay home.

You may reach for ice cream instead of healthy food when you are stressed out.

We all do it from time to time, but your ability to recognise when ugly habits reappear will help you stop them dead in their tracks.

The most important thing to remember is tomorrow is a new day.

If you eat something bad, miss a workout, train with less effort than normal, then don’t let it get you down.

We all deserve a break sometimes, and small little slip ups are never going to ruin your progress overall.

Remember why you got into this programme in the first place, how you want your body to look, even if it’s a bad week, get back in the saddle and start where you left off.

If things get too ugly and you feel helpless, then contact us and we will help you get right back into it and back in the groove again. Everyone makes good progress, but everyone gets moments of doubt and falls off the wagon from time to time.
