Proud of everyone at the gym this week, and the honesty you all show in your efforts.

It would be easy to tell yourself “stories” why you aren’t so successful as you had hoped, but the honesty you train with and your hopes and aspirations tell the real story and sincerely thank you for your efforts..

Weight training is at the heart of what we do for example. If you are a woman, you WILL NOT get bigger with weights, that’s very obvious from our transformation pictures and the many who have never had their photo on. We are proud you are getting a lot stronger, and getting smaller the same time whilst looking even more feminine.

The only way you get bigger with weights is eating TOO MUCH EMPTY CALORIE foods and drinks, this is where the honesty part needs to come in. EATING well and training hard goes hand in hand, there’s no other way.

If you want to become a better runner, take yourself out of your comfort zone and run a bit more. Dan took a lot of you out Tuesday, and although some of you consider yourself not runners, many of you now ARE good runners through practice and I commend you on that effort.

Don’t tell yourself a story please that you can’t do it, because you can. I won’t hear otherwise.

We are a transparent gym valuing honesty and your deep down efforts to not only overcome your body, but your mind too. Don’t let your mind make you tell stories which lead to excuses that won’t wash with us because we want the very best for you and make you proud of yourself. Unfortunately, this involves discomfort until you get it right.

You are entirely capable of great things, whether its running, lifting tyres and smashing some weights in the gym-YOU CAN DO IT ALL, we have overwhelming proof you can.

Be your best, put any negativity behind you and strive to be incredible.
