Anxiety and insecurities attack our lives on a daily basis.
When we don’t look after ourselves, the insecurities multiply and we start to believe the negatives that appear and treat them as fact. Our version of how we see the world starts to change for the worse, and our self-doubt becomes a real problem.
Insecurities are allowed to happen when we don’t do the things that are proven to help us. Taking more care of ourselves is vital and the way out of this nightmare.
If we don’t exercise regularly, stress only builds up, and can seriously affect our moods. Anyone who has ever exercised properly will tell you that they feel a huge amount better when they get more active, and their mood changes very much for the better,
If we don’t eat right, we have little energy and our appetite to get things done in life struggles. We also don’t feel as well when we put on weight, our self-esteem drops and our confidence suffers so we stop trying to do things that will help us. The vicious cycle continues.
If we don’t spend as much time with our kids as we’d like, because we work too much, too long hours, then the stress only multiplies. Taking back control in exchange for more family time will only make you happier. If our health is on top form, then we can do far more with the time we spend at work, and create extra time with the people who really matter.
If we don’t spend time in nature, we don’t feel the freedom we once had as kids, we don’t get the time to clear our minds, and the tension in our in our lives only continues to build.
Taking care of yourself is the only way to smash insecurities out of your life. See the warning lights and start doing something healthy today to start switching them off, then you will hit your anxiety where it hurts.
Take back control of your life by practicing healthier habits every day, fight back by smashing those things that are robbing you of the great individual you can really become.

They say life is a series of choices, but what are yours looking like today?
What we end up doing has a direct effect on how everything is going to turn out for us, and there’s no point ducking those decisions because the more we put choices off, the more we are going to drift away from what we really want.
We all want a certain kind of life, but do our choices make us end up with more of what we want or less?
For example, if you don’t eat healthy every day, then you’re going to struggle with energy, which is vital because you’re not going to get anything without it, and the bigger list of things you want requires an even bigger amount of energy to get it done.
Your choices all have an impact, do you realise what impact they are having?
Hitting a good exercise session will change the way you think, and make you usually a much more positive and energetic person. Plan this into your life at least 3 times a week and life will usually turn out far more positively in all ways.
We all have 168 hours a week, but if you are fitter you will want to accomplish far more during that time. The more you do, the more it impacts everyone in your life in a good way and your life will accelerate in a very good direction.
Realise the impact every choice you make has on your life and those immediately around you. What can you do right now to make better choices so your future becomes even brighter? Or what can you eliminate out of your life that is holding you back?
It’s what we do today that makes tomorrow so much more exciting and worth looking forward to. Choose wisely and live by those decisions.
