Whatever your situation, there will be someone at the gym still training around it.

Not enough time? We have people training with new born’s or 5 kids.

We have people running very busy businesses and nightmare shift patterns.

Have a bad back? We have many people training after back surgery.

Hate november to march because it’s dark and cold? We have huge amount of people who face it head on and win every day!

Bad hip? We have many with replacement hips and still excelling.

Struggling mentally? We have a huge amount with mental health pressures/issues but are working through it.

Pain in your muscles and joints? We have people who have had a lifetime of pain throughout their bodies but are still training every day.

What we DO NOT have is many people making excuses why they can’t fulfil their potential DESPITE all the things that ought to stop them training, or what society SAYS should stop them.
