Monday 21st July-LIKE Mondays!

Monday is famous for being a “low state of mind day”.

Monday only lasts in a low state of mind day because you let it.

Workouts change your state of mind undoubtedly, they lift you up even when you may have thought that was impossible even, and they inspire to finally get your week going.

Your week should THRIVE on routines and the habit of eating well before and after your workout always sets up a great precedent. One good habit can lead to another one, and once you start feeling better, you will see Mondays as opportunities, rather than somehow a day to avoid and hide behind the settee on.

What about those people who tell you monday is a “bad day”? Do they exercise, do they eat well, do they moan about just about everything else too? There’s usually a pattern of inaction and negativity that runs through all areas of their lives.

There’s plenty of others who see monday as the start of your week and chance to thrive because they rely on exercise to not only lift their energy, but to lift their mood and to push themselves well and truly into a high state of mind every single time.

Monday is what you make it, feeling better is not ‘lucky”, feeling better is created by you and your habits every time.

17th July

Weeding is probably one of my least favourite tasks, but we feel so much relief when we get it done. We have to do the same with our MINDS too, because if we don’t, negative weeds can overcome and undo all our positive work we do every day.

Weeding can take the form of removing negative people from our lives. Our environment is previous to us, we work hard to get where we are, and we never want anyone or anything threatening to hurt all of our great progress.

Keep remembering we get up to 60 thousand thoughts a day, 75% of them are negative and we either listen and believe them, or we have a chat with ourselves daily in the form a of self talk to tell ourselves the truth.

Negative outcomes are NOT inevitable, they don’t have to be our reality, our daily lives need daily WORK to feel good, perform well and live better lives that make us happy.
