Not long left of 2025, and the question is are you winning 2025 or are you nowhere where you wanted to be.

We have a principle of making small improvements each and every week, so by week 41 I think we are in now, you could have had 41 small improvements, which ends up being one incredible body of work!

Missing workouts, missing a week here and there, having no plan to follow, using a hit and miss approach is a guarantee you won’t near the targets yo use yourself at the start of the year.

With 11 weeks to go until the end of the year, that’s a very decent chunk of time to put it right.

BUT breaking things down into manageable goals is a must at this stage.

SCHEDULE in your workouts, make them non-negotiable meaning they HAVE to happen because you want and need to feel good, you desperately need momentum and you desperately want to finish the year off on a big high.

We have everything in place to get your workouts done on a tried and tested plan that renews each month using the same results based principles. You have it all with your power to execute on it and achieve exactly what yo want out of your health, your fitness and strength levels and your wellbeing as a whole.

We have all been through a stage where what people say about us disappoints us, upsets us, worries us-the greatest freedom I had was when I stopped caring what people thought. 

I would certainly take constructive criticism (which is often vital to act on), but would never take “hate”, “name calling” or anything like that, and put those people in a bracket of firmly “out of my life”.

Most if not all of you have been through the same.

Today, DECLARE that every “tongue” that rises against you will FAIL, you are stronger than that and your mission is above all that, and you have enough armour around you these days through experience and the way you have overcome tough times to take any notice of negative and hateful people.

Today, declare you are courageous enough, you are confident enough, you are strong enough for any eventuality, and any trials and tribulations that come your way you WILL overcome. 

Keep making your mission strong and stay on course, and ignore any noise that often comes along that tries to derail you achieving great things.
