Monday 13th April

Adding just one small habit can transform you, anything that helps you will make all the difference, and done consistently over time pays off in all sorts of ways.

For example, spinach isn’t the most exciting green you can have, but studies shows it’s definitely one of the most nutritious we can eat.

Eating it once won’t make much difference, but eating it at least a couple of times a week-every week,  will have a hugely positive effect on our insides, your immune system and your general health.

What about taking one habit away?

This is definitely UNDER-valued. Taking someone out of your life who gives you bad advice will be a godsend, especially if you feel “obliged” to take their often poor advice, even if they insist they are patronisingly claiming to be acting “in your best interests”.

We all have had these people in our lives, breaking the cord will not only change your life for the better, but will be hugely liberating as you will realise YOU are in charge of your OWN health, and the decisions you make you OWN and are accountable for, you are intelligent enough to make your own decisions, not based on “I heard this or that”, but based on what you know to be true, what is based on science and what you now that has worked for you plenty of times in the past too.

Our habits make us or break us, be bold and do everything you can to help yourself for the better!!

Thurs 9th April

I know we can train anyone to a very high standard when we work together and everyone is onboard.

When someone feels comfortable in our environment and trusts the process, it’s 100% likely to lead a positive and often outstanding outcome.

Working together means you need to get people AROUND you onboard too, because if those closest to you are filing you with doubt, they don’t believe in you, they don’t support your aims and ambitions, then it’s going to needlessly hard for you, harder than any workout, because when people don’t support you, you start to wonder “is it worth it”, “can I be bothered to work hard if people around me don’t encourage me” etc etc.

Take it for granted you will be working hard with us, be using the latest science to get results faster than ever before, plus make sure you listen to those who support you, encourage you, urge you to always do the right thing, the ones who will be your biggest cheerleader-they will make ALL the difference.

Your real big barriers are not the workouts, it’s not eating right, it’s making sure you everyone around you ONSIDE and super supportive of what you really want in life, that enables you to stay consistent, to stay positive when adversity hits and let’s your live right every day using tried and tested healthy habits to elevate your health physically and never forget the impact that it will have on your mental health too, healthy body healthy MIND!!!
