How you embrace the need to move more will be very telling when it comes to your results.

Your energy and your attitude will dictate how many times you are willing to show up at the gym. You know by now that you need to be accountable, three times at the gym works very well, and done consistently will always bring through positive change not only in your body but your mind too.

Not enough time? Half hour works very well too.

Haven’t got your mojo? Getting your mojo ONLY comes from moving more and doing it consistently, so you get mojo’s best friend-MOMENTUM.

Energy, attitude, enthusiasm, passion often get lost as a lot of people age. 

Your workouts KEEP all of these things in your life in ABUNDANCE but it’s you who has to decide to show up, get your workouts done, you are the one who shops for nutritious food and doesn’t bring ultra-processed food into the house, you are the one who has to decide to get to bed early in the week and rest, instead of staying up late all the time and never properly recovering from your workouts, and starting your next day already at a disadvantage when it comes to energy and drive.

Embrace the challenge and keep forcing through healthy change and pain free living in your life.

Persevere-the ability to stick at something no matter what happens, keep showing up even when things don’t go your way, when you keep having a go you ONLY get better at everything you do.

Overcome-in my book it’s the constant effort that eventually gets you over the line. Keep hammering away at something and you WILL be successful, you will come through and you will overcome the odds.

Join these two powerful traits with optimism and you will never be defeated.

 Optimism is the ability to carry on even when you don’t want to, or circumstances make you not want to, or things not going your way may threaten to derail you, but your optimism will keep the effort going even when everything isn’t perfect, and optimism will help you reach down deep into your resourcefulness to get hard things done.

Monday is the day you need all there of these things to set up a great week-get at it and don’t stop till you get there!!!
