What won’t lift your mood today?

a. staying in the house wondering why life is “so boring”.

b. not getting fresh airc. not stretching and not movingd. being around negative people all daye. eating a takeaway thinking it will lift your sprits, but in reality will pile more weight on, and poison your taste buds into thinking over eating is “good”, the MSG all over your food which they will add to your food is designed not to let you know when you are full.

IT’S NO MYSTERY, you know that moving your body changes your state of mind, changes your feelings of wellbeing and will crush high anxiety levels-WITHOUT DOUBT and you need to keep doing it..
