I have 100% belief in when you enter the gym, you will only get more flexible, stronger, have better lung capacity and a stronger heart, you will strengthen your bones, make a massive difference to your balance and your mental health will go through the roof in a very good way..
We are very aware that there are others who will put you off training, usually in THEIR own interests, and not yours.
We have too many success stories, multiple recovery stories against the odds on a daly basis for anyone to dispute this.
Anyone who tells you not to exercise or do it as much is acting not in your best interests full stop.
The true secret is keeping going when you sometimes you dont even feel like it, it’s easier to duck out of sessions and the also makes it much easier to forget why you started in the first place.
Ask yourself this question-did you do anything to improve your health today? If not, why not as you have plenty of options?
If you have injuries, can’t you work around it? Do upper body instead of lower body and vice versa? I work around it with members every single day, there’s ALWAYS a way!!!!
Have a mental reset, ignore the people who will try to put you off doing the tried and tested right thing, and get back on track with what you know works every single time.

Optimism is firmly believe allows our bodies and brains to adapt and condition ourselves to a better reality now and a better future.
Negativity and accepting there is no way out of that DE-conditions our minds, and naturally hurts our bodies because we stop taking positive action to get out of that vicious circle.Being optimistic even in the toughest of times WORKS and I’ve seen the difference between those who look forward to their days and those who dread them.
We need to see life as an everyday opportunity, not every day we will win but as long as keep having a go, and keep moving forward to what we really want, bit by bit, we will change our lives only for the better and feel all the better for it.

Change is going to happen-always.
From the American election today, through to the change in seasons happening right now, we will have plenty going on. Whether it’s what we want to happen or not, we can’t control any of it.
What we CAN control is our positive response.
We can choose to feel better, we can choose to focus on what’s going on in our immediate environment and when we do that, everything will look and feel better than if we surrender and leave how we feel to others.
Our direct choices within our own control can mean instant happiness and fulfilment and making it sustainable, or low energy, regrets and a life of complaining “why me”, until we realise we have to help ourselves first, life won’t get better.
One good workout can be tough, but the next time you will get better, and put a series of workouts together and you will soon be in a state of good flow, and it will become normal to feel better, normal to take on change in your stride, and normal to look forward to a more positive, productive and more energetic future.
