Most people do not like obstacles- me included, but it’s challenges are the only way we improve, the only way we take action and the only way we get better.

Setbacks come and go, but setbacks are the only way we set up comebacks. 

Everyone loves a comeback story, but we have to experience adversity first to make that happen in the first place, and everyone experiences adversity at some time in their lives, life is always waiting for us to fight back strong every time.

When we grow up, we imagine life as easy, but you should realise now that NOTHING comes easy and anything worth getting needs to be FOUGHT for.

Exercising regularly is one of life’s great tests but transforms your life, eating right 80% of the time can often be testing but ultimately changes the way you feel, look and perform, doing great things is NOT for the “lucky” or “chosen few”, it’s for the ones who relentlessly put the hard work in and are consistent enough to see it through no matter what.

We rely on energy for EVERYTHING we do, and we should never stop trying to keep creating it.

If you are complaining about your life, and saying “I never have any energy”, then you immediately need to look at your daily habits, and go from there, and decide whether to keep on complaining or DO something about it.

If exercise is not a massive part of your plan, then you really need to look at yourself in the mirror and start telling yourself the truth. Nothing will change until you move more, the pain in your body will not disappear until you work on it, or around it depending on what injury you have.

If your “Christmas diet” is the same as your year round diet, then there’s no mystery you carrying more weight than you need, why your joints are aching and your energy levels are non-existent.

Lots of people are miserable this time of year too because they “put up” with negativity in their lives, the people around them, the ones who steal your dreams just as you are getting started, and the ones who keep telling you somehow that you “aren’t good enough”.

As we are at the end of 2024, decide to not put up with all of this, decide a better future awaits with different daily habits in your life, and decide next year you are going to prove all of those naysayers wrong once and for all.

Use positive energy to encourage you, but I urge you too to use that negative energy that some people give you to reach new heights, to feel much better, to have more ambition in your life, to show up every day no matter what even when you don’t feel like it, 2025 HAS to be the year when you take back control of your life and your health comes first, because without it, nothing is possible no matter how many times you maybe have tried to prove that wrong!!!

Energy is the secret and fuel source for everything GOOD in your life, take charge, love the opportunities you still have in life and keep making it happen by walking through the door more than you ever have!!!

Our thoughts will make us or break us.

Our thoughts set us to be in good situations or bad situations.

Even in the cold and dark weather we have right now, I know that whoever is going up that hill carrying weights, or running up it, will be in great situation with their health.

Whatever their age, they will be getting better in all areas of their life, their immune system will be getting a lot stronger, they will be getting faster, their resilience and grit levels will be much greater than the average person, their mental health will be in a state of belief that they can overcome anything.

When we make our workouts happen, our thoughts become a reality.

We are POWERFUL, we are HAPPIER, we are STRONG, we are a WARRIOR, we do have GREAT HEALTH.

Nobody want to be weaker, nobody wants to be miserable and unhappy, nobody wants to be the ones who ducks challenges and be the one who has given up on life.

Powerful thoughts that elevate our life in every single area happen when we exercise and push our limits, walking through the door makes it all happen.
